Abstract. Authors developed and presented typology of scientific constructions, which are created upon transition from basic researches to apply in the field of natural sciences and mathematics. This typology includes consistently fundamental, declarative-applied, problem-applied, conditional-applied and applied scientific constructions. Authors made also explanatory construction of science which includes the structural, time, "refining" cuts, the basic thesaurus and "pyramid" of subjects of system. It is the base of scientific conceptual creativity, its tasks consist in search and a formulation of the general laws "cleaning out" or "refinements" of system of scientific knowledge. Results of case-studies were analyzed. The micromarking role in semantization (semantic marking-out) of Web will be especially grea.
