Аннотация
The analogues of Newton-Girard formulas for entire and meromorphic functions are obtained. We derive the recurrence formulas for the Riemann zeta function at integer arguments and consecutively deduce the values of the zeta function at even arguments. We also directly evaluate the sums of reciprocal like powers of the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function.
