In the present article the parametrica] model of dynamic system on classes of objects in structural type COD (evt) [1] formally is under construction, allowing solving an automation problem on function of management with forecasting. The model is under construction on the basis of a coordination principle through a variation of factors of the expenses or security used in models of industrial systems.
