Аннотация
In this paper, the method of researching the free oscillations of membranes by means of the microfluidic pulse signals generated with elements and devices of the discrete microfluidics is proposed. As an experimental model to be researched, the piezoelectric membrane sensor featured with a rubber-fabric membrane with diameter of 40 mm and thickness of 0.2 mm is chosen. The experimental data from the sensor are obtained by means of the especially developed test-bench with the following main features. A source of the test pneumatic pulses is the multi-stage microfluidic generator, and converting these pulses into electric signals is performed with a piezoceramic element.
