A modern tool for managing the development of the digital economy is digital platforms for multi-agent control and regulation of processes for achieving strategic goals. These are centers for the merging and processing of big data streams, represented by diverse and multi-level time series of hundreds and thousands of development indicators. The large-scale and ultrahigh information intensity of problems solved within the digital platform requires the development of organizational and information support for collaborative multi-agent activities based on open semantic technology for intelligent systems.
