The paper presents the results of the development of various types of mathematical models of cyber-physical systems based on fuzzy logic and neural network technologies for flight safety analysis, using specific examples to study the applicability of the proposed models for hazards analysis, and also explores approaches to the implementation of mathematical tools in the flight safety control system
