The paper considers the problem of adaptation to climate change influence on infrastructure facilities. Background, limitations, and principles of risk assessment for supporting decisions on adaptation to climate change are discussed. Decision support to identify infrastructure facilities for adaptation measures is proposed using comprehensive assessment structure. Mechanism of the investment fund allocation for the implementation of adaptation projects to climate change is considered as well.
