Rapid changes form the need for government and business in operational data on the state of the infrastructures of large transportation systems. The article presents a design solution for a strategic management platform for such infrastructures. This solution is based on the array of strategic management models for the development of the infrastructure of large transportation systems, which has been repeatedly tested on large-scale transport networks in Russia. The development of the above design solution for the strategic management platform is illustrated by the example of mathematical modeling and forecasting the consequences of adjustments in the management of transport infrastructure for stakeholders.
