The model considered describes the balance of technical solutions in the organizational network structure. The model employs the concept of the loss function. It is a function of the imbalance of indicators describing the characteristics of equipment, components, and technical infrastructure. The paper determines conditions for balance and proposes an incentive mechanism to ensure balance.
