Аннотация
The article describes the features of the technological and physiological process of incubation of chicken eggs. The process of selecting the parameters of regulation depending on the choice of the age of the chicken is analyzed. A physical model of the incubation cabinet by means of MATLAB – Simulink/Simscape is presented, taking into account the size of the incubation cabinet, water tanks for cooling eggs, as well as simulating the physical impact of environmental thermal processes on the incubation process.
