We consider the problem of building a closed personalized system for automatic control of blood glucose levels based on sensor measurements of glucose levels in the interstitial space and describe a technique for selecting a group of personalized model parameters that require individual identification. Calculations based on real data and the results of applying the PD controller demonstrate the efficiency of the approach.
