Аннотация
The paper discusses the problem of managing a three-tier holding with fabrication facilities in subsidiaries. Intellectual management in such a holding is based on the concept of Industry 4.0. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the undesirable activities of managers playing different roles in the subsidiary. This activity is related to the presence of their own goals, which do not necessarily coincide with the goal of the parent company. With insufficient awareness of this company, these managers can manipulate indicators at subordinate facilities in their favor. In particular, the manager of the subsidiary usually knows better the capabilities of his own fabrication than the higher-level managers. Consequently, such a manager can manipulate the indicators of this fabrication in order to get more positive impetuses (incentives and resources). Such unwanted activity can lead to a decrease in the overall fabrication of the holding. To avoid this, intelligent control is proposed, which includes twin digital self-learning procedures and the formation of positive impetuses. Sufficient conditions have been found for the synthesis of such an intelligent control in which the stochastic possibilities of increasing the holding's fabrication are fully utilized. An example of such intelligent management in the Russian Railways holding is considered.
