The «input-output» model of the Leontiev type for the technological core of the economy is considered, which includes the sum of the types of products and services, types of economic activity, costs corresponding to these types and other costs, used by the Goskomstat of the Russian Federation in the formation of an intersectional balance in the system of national accounting. The solution of the optimization problem on maximum productivity of the technological core (exceeding output over input) makes it possible to determine a balanced structure of output at current prices, as well as to calculate a step-by-step plan-forecast for balancing the structure of the output. The main properties of this projection are demonstrated in the calculations for the statistical data of the Russian Federation.
