General data analysis scheme is proposed for algorithms development for assessing the technical state of an electromechanical actuator (EMA) using data mining (DM) techniques. The EMA model is considered, which is proposed to be used to assess the technical state of EMA and form a base of study cases for the application of DM techniques.
