This paper presents the results of a study of systems with external and internal test. A strong dependence of reliability, safety, and performance indicators on the completeness of control is shown. The studies were carried out on the proposed by the authors Markov model, which is a development of the Howard reward model. The proposed Markov reward model is based on the special formation of the reward matrix. The model allows you to calculate any reliability indicators for systems of arbitrary structure. The model is implemented as software for Markov modeling. Researches and calculations of the considered systems with test were carried out on this software.
