We consider the problem of strategic competition management on the markets of high-tech industry. We take into account that an aggressive pricing policy in the long run can lead to suppliers leaving the market, reducing its competitiveness and increasing purchase prices. To optimize the pricing policy of customers while accounting for this effect, we propose a model of bilateral oligopoly as a closed queuing system.
