The multi-criteria approach considered in the work makes it possible to take into account the entire range of interests (goals) of the industry and the region, provide it with sufficient information for making the optimal decision. For this purpose, a management system has been developed based on the integrated assessment of the economic and innovative capacity of the industry, which allows obtaining decisions in the presence of many criteria and multi-purpose projects.
