Аннотация
The uniform structure of the hardware-software platform is offered and developed for an intellectual control and management system, monitoring the access for people and technical objects, solving the normal and abnormal situations tasks. It is proposed to make the intellectual AMCS of two parts according to the separation principle. With the help of the first part the task of the observation object state assessment is solved. The second block is the determined suboptimal regulator which is offered to be implemented by means of the fuzzy logic system. An original mathematical model of the intellectual access monitoring and control system is worked out. It allows taking into consideration abnormal situations. The illustrating examples using the natural intelligent AMCS model and the demonstration stand are given.
