This report is devoted to an important problem of the space flight mechanics - the orbital motion analysis for the low-flying artificial Earth satellite with the goal to refine the parameters of the atmosphere to improve the prediction accuracy for the ballistic motion of orbital objects in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
