Аннотация
In this paper we investigate a risk model to provide information exchange between event participants moving along previously known routes. We assume the participants exchange information in two ways – they use short-wave radio communications and a digital network. The probability for a participant to connect at a random time with a stationary decision center is considered. A radio message can be transmitted to a receiver no further than a specific distance from the transmitter. When we use a digital network, we communicate via a network device. In this work we investigate how various methods to choose and arrange network devices impact the risk model and managerial decisions. Finally, we evaluate if it is appropriate to search a successful digital network configuration.
