Аннотация
Application of the Regional Innovative System concept makes it possible to overcome economic difficulties and through the organization of innovative processes and form positive tendencies in the economy and the social sphere of the region. Authors successfully realized the version of the concept in practice in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur and the Sakha Republic(Yakutia).
