The article considers the problem of developing the principles of software and hardware implementation of the functions of monitoring the Internet space, which serve as the basis for a network technology for the extraction and materialization of knowledge. We describe the competitive advantages of cognitive, adaptive monitoring systems based on Russian hyper convergent structures in FIFO-register associative memory.
