The most important component of the digital economy is digital transport. Rail transport is the backbone of the Russian transport system. Its main component is the Russian Railways Holding increasingly specializes in providing comprehensive services, focused on the needs of customers. To take into account and meet these needs, a single catalog of services is needed. However, you can not specify a set of complex services by a simple enumeration. The concept INDUSTRIE 4.0 creates the prerequisites for the appearance of a services catalog with elements of artificial intelligence and cognitive management. The problem is to develop an intelligent catalog that allows planning logistics of complex services on the basis of a set of basic services and a friendly interface with the client. The intellectual catalog is considered as a system of knowledge about the company's services, interacting with customers, managing the process of providing services, and also as a mechanism for cognitive adaptation of the management system to the needs of the market. The role and place of the catalog in the software of the digital management system of the company, the nature of interaction with its other elements are characterized.
