Аннотация
This paper is about how a person visually perceives deliberately pronounced words of verbal speech. We investigate the factors of phonetic and articulatory uncertainty in word pronunciation. If these uncertain words are replaced with words having similar articulatory patterns, the quality of speech perception is significantly reduced. We made a computer program to estimate how accurate a person visually recognizes of verbal speech is.
