We suggest a model that evaluates firm’s performance and realization of objectives under various economical and non-economical environmental changes. Our model enables a firm to make a right decision in development of its survival strategy under different economical and social circumstances. Model is based on Petri nets that could be effectively used to generate scenarios that approximate firm’s development after a particular decision is made.
