Аннотация
Emergency protection of objects in the process of testing and functioning should respond to a wide range of abnormal situations: malfunctions, which can be eliminated during testing; emergency situations that can be eliminated in the operational mode, or require the shutdown of the process and the elimination of the consequences of the accident; catastrophic situations that require an a priori reaction in order to prevent them. Ensuring technological safety in the testing of the facility and the management system of this facility requires the creation of a set of software and hardware that are united by a single approach that guarantees timely and adequate response to the problem situation with sufficient reliability. In the work, a method for diagnosing this type of process is proposed and tested on the model, which recognizes the initial (preliminary) stage of the catastrophe occurrence under the measurement conditions with the noise component. The possibility of using parallel computations for realizing diagnostics in real time is considered. The algorithms of the information-diagnostic computational complex providing automated control of the tests and operation of the object due to the connection of a complex of mathematical and imitation models of real time are considered. The admissible delay in computation time may be provided by the implementation of the algorithm on a multi-processor computing device.
