The work is devoted to developing and debugging mechanisms of control system kernel interaction with the subsystems of machines electroautomatics. The basis of the given solution is a developed specialized software module of control system kernel interaction with programmable logic controllers (PLC) based on industry-standard network protocols. The practical result of the work is the creation of communication environment software components that implement the data exchange with the PLC via ModBus and the interaction with the software-programmable logic controllers (SoftPLC) on a shared memory mechanism. The advantages of the use of communication media components: cheapness, flexibility in upgrading and programming for a variety of tasks, remote configuration and diagnostics.
