One of the essential features of modern political, scientific and technological problems is their complexity. The integrated analysis of phenomena leads to ontological, methodological, mathematical and computational problems which cannot be solved by traditional methods. It should be possible to create and analyze simplified phenomenological descriptions of complex phenomena on the basis of detailed descriptions of the properties of each system element. The results of scientific research, and technological and political actions have an effect on biological, ethical, legal and social organisations. While there are currently no methods for predicting the consequences of these actions, scientists are trying to create methods to answer these questions. In this report, some basic approaches to creation of such methods are considered.
