In the present article the parametrical model of dynamic system on classes of objects in structural type COD (evt) formally is under construction, allowing solving an automation problem on function of management with forecasting. The model is under construction on the basis of a coordination principle through a variation of factors of the expenses or security used in models of industrial systems.
